Refund requests need to be submitted in email to the Conference Chairs via [email protected]. Paid Conference registrants may obtain a refund based upon the following schedule:
- Until February 28 at 5 p.m. ET: Full refund of conference registration - February 28 at 5:01 p.m. to March 31 at 5 p.m.: 50% refund of conference registration - March 31 at 5:01 p.m. to April 7 at 5 p.m.: 25% refund of conference registration - Cancellations made after April 7 at 5 p.m. will not be subject to a refund
Any cancellation request received fewer than 10 business days prior to the first day of the Conference due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the Conference Chairs, who in turn will recommend the appropriate refund and action to the Board of Directors.
In the event that the Conference Committee determines it is unsafe to hold the conference due to health or related concerns, the Conference Chairs will notify registrants and a full refund will be provided.
All registrations must be paid in full one week prior to conference by Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at noon.

VACE Conference Scholarship:
Now Accepting Applications. The VACE Board of Directors is pleased to announce a call for applicants to the Professional Development Scholarship(s) for members.
This Scholarship is for current VACE members who plan to attend our yearly conference, are not currently on the VACE Board, and are contributing in some way to VACE (e.g., participation on a committee).
The scholarship winners will receive complimentary conference registration and acknowledgment at the 2026 VACE Conference.
To apply, please complete the application form below by Wednesday, February 25 at 5 pm.
We will notify all applicants of decisions by mid-March.
VACE Professional Development Scholarship Rules and Requirements
To be eligible to receive the scholarship, VACE members: – Must have a paid, current membership for the current fiscal year. – Must be a college, student, or employer member. – Cannot have been a prior professional development scholarship recipient. – Must attend the full conference in April 2026. – Must submit an application via this form, describing their contributions to VACE, how VACE has contributed to their development, and their personal vision for the future of VACE.
